Injustice 2's Fighter Pack 3 Adds Atom, Enchantress and … Ninja Turtles?

It would be either Leonardo taking point with Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo providing assist, or users might be able to switch out a la changing stances.

Ahead of the game's PC release on November 14, a trailer revealed late yesterday during the Injustice 2 Championship playoffs showed the characters joining Batman, Superman, and the rest of DC's alternate-timeline fighters.

The fact that this reveal was kept entirely under wraps was an impressive accomplishment and the game's director, Ed Boon, said as much on Twitter, saying "Part of me cannot believe that character reveal didn't leak...."

Injustice 2 features the DC universe's characters battling it, but having non-DC characters in-game is not unusual for the series.

Exactly how these characters will factor into the roster isn't yet known. Outside of their mere existence on the larger roster, how they factor in has yet to be revealed, but it could obviously be done a variety of ways.

This also the first time the turtles have appeared in a fighting game since Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, an early 90s arcade game that was eventually ported to consoles and still enjoys a strong underground following to this day.

Those looking forward to more DC characters might be a bit disappointed with this news, but how can you not like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, right? Check out the new trailer below to see these characters scrap it out...
