Tiffany Haddish re-wore her beloved Alexander McQueen dress to the Oscars

Tiffany Haddish re-wore her beloved Alexander McQueen dress to the Oscars

She's hilarious, relatable and tells the truth while also sprinkling in a healthy dose of LOL. Looking stunning on the red carpet, Haddish decided that a dress this handsome didn't deserve a life spent alone the closet. After Haddish informed the audience she had been wearing her heels since 11 o'clock the morning of the Oscars, Rudolph retorted that she had been in hers since the Critics' Choice Awards. Gary Oldman, winning best actor for Darkest Hour, quipped, "I'm not going to get the ski" amid his rambling speech. With Kelly and Ryan" on Monday (05.04.18) - the "Girls Trip" star said: "Oh I just met [Brad] in the elevator! So, she did the unthinkable in Hollywood and wore the gown again.

In addition to wearing slippers "in front of a whole room full of white folks", on stage, Haddish said that another highlight from presenting at the Oscars show was wearing her now iconic Alexander McQueen gown. "Because my daddy from Eritrea and he passed away, and I want to pay respect".

"Hi Meryl", she said to the actress, seated in the front row.

"Like this dress!" she explained during her SNL taping.

First off was Haddish's debut Oscar red carpet get-up, which paid homage to her roots.

Haddish purchased the Alexander McQueen frock with her own money, and for something valued in the thousands, she may as well get her money's worth.

And that's why Tiffany Haddish made a decision to wear her dress for a third time last night, despite it being very "taboo" to do at awards shows. It was Haddish's second encounter with Streep of the night.

"I know what you're thinking", Haddish joked as the pair stood on stage. "I'm so happy right now". Feeling cute because he made [it] for me.
