Men lie women lie but Forbes doesn't...and according to their annual listing of billionaires Amazon Chief Executive Jeff Bezos has done it again in the world of the richest.

He's now worth an estimated $112 billion, up $39.2 billion from 2017.

In its latest accounting of the world's billionaires, Forbes estimated Trump's fortune has decreased by $400 million, in part due to New York's ailing real estate market but also because of blowback for his controversial presidential tenure.

Other rich personalities among the top five in the list were CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Warren Buffett at $84 billion, followed by LVMH's Bernard Arnault and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg at $72 billion and $71 billion, respectively.

The Forbes 2018 Billionaires List is out and President Trump has dropped more than 200 spots since a year ago to number 766 on the list, where he's tied with more than 20 others.

The US has the most billionaires (585), followed by mainland China (373). Bezos has become the first billionaire to surpass the $100 billion mark on Forbes' list of richest person.

Falling fortunes or political headwinds, meanwhile, pushed 121 people out of the illustrious list, including all 10 Saudi Arabians, the magazine said.
