After cleaning out half the Avengers, Thanos arrives to take over Fortnite

For those unaware, on each special game of Battle Royale mode in Fortnite, there would be an Infinity Gauntlet hidden somewhere on the map. There's an Infinity Gauntlet randomly placed on the map, and it's up to you to find it first.

Fortnite Battle Royale is a competitive mashup of The Hunger Games and Minecraft, where 100 players land on a remote island, collect resources, and attempt to survive as the last person standing.

This week Epic Games launched a brand new limited time mash up for Fortnite which brings The Avengers: Infinity War antagonist, Thanos, into the game... and nearly immediately nerfs the chap.

Well Epic have decided they need to nerf the abilities of Thanos already after just a couple of days play time.

In the game mode, players can track down the Infinity Gauntlet and become Thanos, and by default - all-powerful.

It's the latter which has served as the inspiration for a new video shared by Reddit user IsaacDaKing, who I believe has gotten more than their money's worth from their video-editing software. Watch the mad Titan use the power of the Infinity Gauntlet to shake half of the booties in the universe. Sometimes unbalanced games with overpowered characters and gear can be even more fun than a game that continually balances itself out. On the sandbox game, Fortnite of course.

Gamers are really enjoying the Thanos x Fortnite crossover. If you polished his appearance up just a bit and removed that tub of popcorn he's holding while doing Fortnite's Popcorn emote, he wouldn't look too out of place assuming you're willing to ignore the continuity issues. If so, which side of the argument do you fall on?
