Neymar models new PSG kit amid fresh Madrid talk

Good player are always compatible.

After modelling their new kit on Friday, Neymar told Paris Saint-Germain fans he wants to "continue giving them joy" as speculation mounts linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Recent reports have said Madrid president Florentino Perez is close to finally landing long-time target Neymar, with AS reporting that a meeting had taken place to put together a summer move which would break the €222 million world transfer record set when the Brazilian joined PSG from Barcelona past year.

Neymar has previously said he expects to be fit for Brazil's World Cup opener against Switzerland on June 17 but he has now expressed doubts over his mental state following the injury.

Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane insists he is focusing on the end of the league season, despite the distractions of transfer rumours and the upcoming Champions League final.

It was also recently reported that Neymar met with a Real delegate during his recuperation from an injury in Brazil.

"At the moment, all I can tell you is I'm anxious about what's coming up", said Zidane. "We'll talk about it after the final because yes, probably there will be some changes".

According to AS, Real are putting together a €260m package to persuade PSG to sell their star player, who is reportedly unhappy in the French capital.

He said: "There was a game where I dribbled several players and then gave a pass". On the pitch there is a chemistry.

'I haven't asked Neymar personally because I don't get involved in these things.

As far as Ronaldo and Neymar co-existing, Zidane doesn't see any issue arising. We have to finish the season well and the rest will come later.
