Duchess Meghan's dad, Thomas Markle, paid R136k for tell-all interview

Since Thomas had to drop out, Harry's dad, Prince Charles, walked the gorgeous bride down the aisle instead, which Thomas said was an honor.

However, royal fans were surprised to see that Meghan Markle wasn't wearing a name tag while attended the prestigious equestrian event for the first time on Tuesday.

Before his heart attack and subsequent surgery, Thomas made headlines after getting caught staging paparazzi photos of himself.

Meghan's dad has given his first in-depth interview since pulling out of the royal wedding.

Markle said, "She's wanted children for a long time".

The palace had no idea that Thomas was going to give the tell-all interview to Good Morning Britain, a source told Radar.

Queen Elizabeth II laughs with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex during a ceremony to open the new Mersey Gateway Bridge on June 14.

"Meghan cried and they both said "take care of yourself, we're really anxious about you", Thomas said.

But Mr. Markle said he watched the wedding from his home.

He added: "I cried a little watching her... That upsets me somewhat", he said.

"My daughter has been a princess since the day she was born", he said.

When asked by Morgan whether Harry is a Trump supporter, Thomas responded: "I would hope not, but at the time he might have been".

"All Harry ... actually said, because Trump was new, he said, 'Give him a chance.' I think Harry's probably changed his mind by now".

He also described Prince Harry's view on Brexit as being "an experiment" that "we have to try". However he apologized to Meghan and Harry, who he said were "very forgiving".

Prince Harry has, in recent years, increased the number of trips he has made to Commonwealth countries. "OK.' 'Of course, we'll have to call him "H" so no one knows we're talking about Harry, '" he said of how they kept the relationship under wraps. "Very likable", he said of the 33-year-old prince.

He said Trump was discussed at least once.

The new royal was obviously trying to keep a low profile with a very relaxed look on the big day, however, that hasn't stopped many lusting after her look.

"There was no real commitment to it". "Meghan said, 'Everything is ready for you.' Harry said, 'I've got one of my military friends to take care of you when you're here.' It was all set up, it was fine".

'The Duke and Duchess are looking forward to learning more about Ireland's history and experiencing its rich culture, as well as meeting the people who are shaping the country's future, ' the Palace said in a statement.
